Note for Prospective Students

Important Warnings
- Submission of fraudulent or forged documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission and may lead to legal consequences.
- Ensure the Transfer Certificate is from the student's most recent school — TCs from schools attended more than one academic year ago require an explanation letter.
For New Class 1 Admissions
The following original documents plus one self-attested photocopy of each are required: • Birth Certificate (Municipal Corporation / Hospital issued) • Aadhar Card of the child • Parent/Guardian Aadhar Cards (both, if available) • 4 recent passport-sized photographs of the child • Proof of Residence (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement — dated within 3 months) • Pre-school/Kindergarten completion certificate (if applicable) • Any medical records relevant to special needs or allergies
For Class 2–12 Lateral Admissions
All documents from the new Class 1 list, plus: • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, countersigned by the issuing school principal • Original Report Card / Mark Sheet from the last attended class • Character Certificate from the previous school • Migration Certificate (for students transferring from a different state board or CBSE/ICSE to state syllabus) • Caste Certificate (if applying under reserved category)
For Scholarship Applicants
Students applying for scholarship concessions must additionally provide: • Income Certificate issued by a revenue officer (not older than 6 months) • Previous academic year's report card showing qualifying grades (Merit scholarships require 80%+) • Relevant achievement certificates (Sports, Performing Arts, etc.) for category-specific scholarships • EWS Certificate (for economically weaker section concessions)
Document Submission Guidelines
• All documents must be submitted as originals for verification, along with one self-attested photocopy per document. • Documents in languages other than English or the regional state language must be accompanied by an officially translated copy. • Photocopies should be on A4 paper, clear and legible. • The admissions team will return originals after verification — keep them safely.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my birth certificate is in another language?
You must provide an officially translated copy along with the original. Translations must be done by a certified translator or notarized authority.
Can I submit documents digitally?
Physical copies are required for the initial submission and verification. After verification, digital copies can be uploaded to your student portal profile for record-keeping.
